There are also several bus lines and a taxi station is at Place de la Victoire, fifty meters distance. The area is full of different kinds of stores (grocery stores, bakeries, drugstores). The fashionable Carrousel du Louvre, rue de Rivoli and the rue Faubourg-St Honoré are also nearby. The Opera Garnier and the Centre Pompidou are reachable ten minutes on foot! The apartment is located in an old 18th century building, on the Vivienne Gallery, one of the most elegant and prestigious of the Parisian galleries with cafés and eclectic boutiques: the Brewery "Bougainville", the famous vintner "Legrand Girls and Fils", the Salon of "A Priori", the Workshop of Emilio Robba with its floral compositions, a bookshop with rare works and of occasion, and many other cafés and boutiques.

DESCRIPTIF
The Studio is on the 1st floor. It is 33,5 sqm or 355 square feet in size. This property is generously furnished. You have a double very comfortable convertible sofa accompanied with a divan and a chair of the 1700's. The dining area shows a glass and metal light alloy table with 4 wrought iron seats, on the wall a great oil painting on the history of the queen of Saba and king Salomon. A great Tuscan closet of the 1700's completes the furnishing of the living room. In the entrance you will have a wide functional cupboard. The furniture includes a small LCD television set, a cable and a DVD player with a collection of films. An illimitate Internet connection is available (bring your personal computer). L'immeuble est situé à deux pas du Métro " Le Kremlin Bicêtre " et à trois stations de la Place d'Italie (Ligne 7 desservant Châtelet à 15mn, Opéra …) et des lignes d'autobus (47, 131, 183 pour Orly, 185, 323 et bus de nuit R desservant entre autre Rungis).
Accès en voiture par Autoroute A6 à 5 minutes, à 20 minutes de l'aéroport d'Orly et à 30 minutes du Parc Eurodisney par A4.
